He fixed the leaks for a very reasonable price and told us that we will need a new roof due to the fact that mine is original when the house was built in 1986, but that it was fine right now, the leaks were sealed and no pressure just give him a call when we need him again or want to redo it. Although I had tried to reach out to other roofers, Manny showed up first. and was right on time. He diagnosed what needed to be done and advised us that we can do this minor repair ourselves and save money on labor. He told us exactly what to do and what to buy. I really appreciate his expertise but I most appreciate his honesty. I’m sure if I insisted he would’ve done the job, but he knew we were able bodied and willing to do the work.
