"We had a few leaks on our roof. I couldn’t afford a new roof and was nervous a company would tell me I needed one. I contacted Rancho Mirage Roofing and Manual came out and was prompt, quick and so honest. He fixed the leaks for a very reasonable price and told us that we will need a new roof due to the fact that mine is original when the house was built in 1986, but that it was fine right now, the leaks were sealed and no pressure just give him a call when we need him again or want to redo it. It was a breathe of fresh air not to be take advantage of and to have a company be so nice and honest. I highly recommend them."

"I had a leak on my roof that happened during tropical storm Hilary. I called Manny, the owner, referred by the Nextdoor App in my neighborhood. Although I had tried to reach out to other roofers, Manny showed up first. and was right on time. He diagnosed what needed to be done and advised us that we can do this minor repair ourselves and save money on labor. He told us exactly what to do and what to buy. I really appreciate his expertise but I most appreciate his honesty. I’m sure if I insisted he would’ve done the job, but he knew we were able bodied and willing to do the work. I doubt there’s many pros that will come out to your house and be that upfront and honest instead of preying on your ignorance, and pointing out all kinds of unnecessary fixes.
