After receiving 4 quotes, I found Manny with Rancho Mirage Roofing to be the most straightforward and honest. Within his quote he provided pictures of things he found to be problematic and explained why these were issues. Only one other company provided pictures but they tried to sneak in extra things like “deck replacement in area” just because there was discoloration, but there was discoloration only because there were leaves sitting. When RM roofing finished the job (within 2 business days of signing the quote which was very quick) they provided pictures of their guys doing the work and close up shots of finished areas. Highly recommend Rancho Mirage Roofing! There’s a reason they have such great reviews!

Manny is amazing, he is extremely communicative and responsive, does top-flight work, and really knows his field. He has a highly detailed knowledge about all kinds of tile as well as other roof-types. He did a small tile repair job for us and, where other roofers might have blown off such a small job, Manny was there for us and took care of it beautifully and quickly, and with his typical cheerful attitude.
