I cannot say enough good about Rancho Mirage roofing. I had an appointment today expecting to spend thousands To get. New roof. Surprise!!! After inspection I was told I did not need a new roof but there was one spot that could be “Glued”. I was extremely astounded and offered the man money for his time and effort getting up on my roof twice. He adamantly graciously declined and offered if I ever had a problem to just call. I never will call anyone else and I will recommend them whenever possible.
STELLAR SERVICE!!! I called Manny to repair a roof leak in a vacant rental of mine in Rancho Mirage. I'm over a thousand miles away and felt very comfortable and confident with his work and allowing him to enter the house. I had a leak on my roof that happened during tropical storm Hilary. I called Manny, the owner, referred by the Nextdoor App in my neighborhood. Although I had tried to reach out to other roofers, Manny showed up first. and was right on time. He diagnosed what needed to be done and advised us that we can do this minor repair ourselves and save money on labor. He told us exactly what to do and what to buy. I really appreciate his expertise but I most appreciate his honesty. I’m sure if I insisted he would’ve done the job, but he knew we were able bodied and willing to do the work. I doubt there’s many pros that will come out to your house and be that upfront and honest instead of preying on your ignorance, and pointing out all kinds of unnecessary fixes. So we will do the job ourselves, thanks to his guidance, but I promise if there ever is a serious roofing issue, I’ve got his card and I will not waste any time calling anyone else.
This is an incredible business. They are so reliable and professional that it was a pleasure to have them work on my roof. During a very stressful time Manny -the owner- made me feel calm and reassured and checked in on me during the whole process. They guarantee their work and stand by that guarantee in all ways. Rancho Mirage Roofing has been a great go to company for decades and highly recommend. They have done some wonderful urethane roofs and saved clients a lot of money in heating and cooling costs. They also stand behind their work and are of good character. Happy they are here for us.
Could not agree more with the positive reviews. Rancho Mirage Roofing replaced our old gravel roof with foam, 2.5 years ago, and did an outstanding job. They responded with a quote very quickly, price was fair, job completed as scheduled and we've had no issues. Recently, when we installed solar, they did the re-roof around the stanchions...once again, a great job, getting compliments from the highly reputable solar company in the valley. They've earned 5 stars in my book.
Manuel was incredibly flexible with us and worked together with our contractor to ensure that everything was done right and in the right order. We had other challenges that needed to be considered along with the roof replacement. It was not easy to make it all happen, but Manuel did it! I called this company and spoke to Manuel Ortega, the owner. He came out and looked at my minor problem and he gave me a very reasonable price of under $ 500.00. I said, "Are you sure?" He said "Yes, it's just leaves and debris near your vent, we will remove them and reseal around it." I said, "I just had another guy here, and he told me it would be between $3,500 and $5,000 dollars." He laughed when I told him who it was....... Please, please, please..... call this man and company before calling ANYONE else! Manuel Ortega is the most honest, ethical roofer in the valley! You will not be sorry nor overcharged for unnecessary work!
Doing business with Manual Ortega was indeed a pleasure. He responded to my request for a quote to repair a leaky roof with a prompt visit that entailed an inspection of the troubled area. He showed pictures to my wife and me clearly explaining what work was necessary before providing a quote and encouraging us to get other quotes, which we did. On the day agreed to begin, he arrived at the exact time agreed upon. The job was soon completed, followed by a thorough clean up. Pictures were taken and a 5 year warranty given. I would highly recommend the very professional Mr. Manual Ortega of Rancho Mirage Roofing for any roofing needs.
What a fair and awesome company Manuel has built. The workers are very considerate and professional. We got several bids to replace our old gravel roof with a foam roof. Manuel came in at a very fair price. The job was done in two days. The workers prepped our property so nothing would be damaged. The clean up was superb!
