"I had a leak on my roof that happened during tropical storm Hilary. I called Manny, the owner, referred by the Nextdoor App in my neighborhood. Although I had tried to reach out to other roofers, Manny showed up first. and was right on time. He diagnosed what needed to be done and advised us that we can do this minor repair ourselves and save money on labor. He told us exactly what to do and what to buy. I really appreciate his expertise but I most appreciate his honesty. I’m sure if I insisted he would’ve done the job, but he knew we were able bodied and willing to do the work. I doubt there’s many pros that will come out to your house and be that upfront and honest instead of preying on your ignorance, and pointing out all kinds of unnecessary fixes. So we will do the job ourselves, thanks to his guidance, but I promise if there ever is a serious roofing issue, I’ve got his card and I will not waste any time calling anyone else."
